I have experience working with children from 4 years old and up. Incorporating play, imagination, mindfulness, and expressive arts, I help children make sense of their world, find and use their unique voice, and navigate family dynamics. My practice with children is grounded in the Sandplay work of Dora Kalff, the Play Therapy techniques of Violet Oaklander, and includes the neuroscience of Dan Seigel. Using an attachment-based and family systems approach, I join with children to help them explore and understand their world and move confidently within it.
